Our work process includes several stages:

• Preparation of bills of quantities;
• Preparation of a quote – it is prepared after the design work is completed. It includes a detailed price list of the works and materials required to implement the project;
• After coordination and approval of the offer, a repair contract is signed;

How are finishing and repair works carried out?

• In order for construction and repair work to begin, it is necessary to conclude a contract. The amount and order of payment are determined by the conditions, which are described in detail therein;
• Payment for the work performed is made after its completion. Usually this happens 1-2 times a month upon completion of a given stage of the activity. And in the absence of justified claims regarding the quality or volume of the performance;
• In the case of an agreement for author’s supervision – once a week, a designer visits the site for monitoring, control and, if necessary, making corrections to the project and implementing the activities;
• The purchase of materials can be carried out both by the client and by our company. In the second case, the service is paid additionally;
• After completion of all agreed works, a Handover and Acceptance Protocol for the services performed is signed. In this way, the contract is considered fulfilled;

• Why are renovations necessary? – after removing the old furniture, existing structural problems and defects are often noticed. For example – cracking of the walls, uneven floors, outdated electrical and plumbing. Their correction guarantees not only the safety, but also the durability of the new furniture. The repair also allows for the adaptation of the space to the new design and optimization of the functionality of the premises.
• What is author supervision? – this term denotes the exercise of control over the implementation of the project by the designer who prepared it. He precisely monitors the repair activities and exercises control when cases arise and helps to resolve them.
• What does the author supervision contract include? – before starting finishing and repair activities, it is necessary to conclude a contract. The document contains a detailed description of the site and the project, information about the activities to be performed, the deadline for implementation, rights and obligations of the parties.
