Conceptual project
The first step to any new interior is the preparation of a Conceptual Design. It is presented in the form of realistic 3D computer visualizations.
After approval of our offer, we will send a team to take accurate measurements of all the dimensions of the site down to the smallest detail. Based on these measurements, the new site plan and functional layout of the premises will be prepared.
The second step is a meeting with our designer, where we discuss your preferences and expectations for the interior. We look at different materials and colors to use. We also specify the budget you are willing to allocate for the completion of the property.
And then our real work begins on building the interior and visualizing it so you can imagine it as well as possible.
This is a creative process and exact deadlines cannot be given. However, we always try to be as fast and efficient as possible. In the process of work, there may be a different number of corrections, which is also very individual.

- The prices are basic and serve as a guide. Home Design has the right to change and update them at any time.
- Each project is considered individually upon request and an accurate offer is given, tailored to the client’s requirements.
- Prices are for modern interiors of standard-shaped rooms. For complex, classic interiors or homes with non-standard rooms and bevels, prices are calculated individually.
- As standard, the price of the Conceptual Design includes up to 2 partial corrections to the initially prepared 3D visualizations. Any additional changes at the client’s request or a complete change of the vision are estimated and paid for additionally.
WORKING PROJECT
The detailed design provides all the necessary information for the accurate execution of the interior. It includes all the necessary plans and drawings that are provided to the construction team, furniture manufacturers, installers, etc.
Drawings we prepare:

- “Flooring” Plan
- “Wall Cladding” Drawings
- “Lighting” Plan
- “Soffit” Plan – suspended ceilings
- “Custom-made furniture” drawings and various individually crafted details
These drawings are also coordinated with many other communications in the building such as air conditioning, security systems, internet providers, etc.
The price of the Work Project is calculated individually according to the volume of work and the complexity of the project.

In the process of work, additional questions and amendments arise, which are also resolved by the designer.
WHAT ELSE WE CAN OFFER YOU?
If you wish to entrust us with the realization of the Interior, we must make a calculation of the entire renovation. This work is laborious and time-consuming, therefore the Bill of Quantities that we prepare is paid, and the price is deducted from the contract for the construction and renovation activities when ordering.
We can also engage in the manufacture of furniture, even if we are not the contractor of the construction and repair activities. After completing the project work, we will also provide you with an offer for the manufacture, delivery and installation of all individually manufactured furniture planned in the project, such as kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, bedrooms, etc. The valuation is prepared by our factory and this guarantees you competitive market prices.
