This guarantees the implementation of the project in the form in which it was designed by its author, who fully understands all design decisions. It is important to know that author supervision DOES NOT include:

• acceptance of completed construction works and control over compliance with construction technologies! (this is the duty of the technical supervision of the site);
• quantitative and qualitative inspection of the building materials used;
• hiring and paying third parties on behalf of the client;
• liability for bad faith attitude towards the work and performance of the contract by third parties (companies).
